Travelling up to London pretty much every day for the last week I’ve been listening to loads more music than normal so I thought I’d share some of my favourite songs at the moment that are really seeing me through the Lon journeys. There’s a real mix because my music taste is kind of anything and everything!
Firstly, I’m heavily influenced by my dad in the way that I love 80s/90s soft rock like Bon Jovi and Poison. I am loving Blaze of Glory and I’ll Be There For You by Bon Jovi at the moment. They’re really belty soft rock ballads if that’s your jam. I’m also loving Unskinny Bop and Something to Believe I’m By Poison. Unskinny Bop is more upbeat and I often find myself having a dance party for one on the train.
Like the rest of the entire world I am LOVING The Greatest Showman. I’ve seen it 4 times at the cinema and I love every single song. At the moment I’m particularly loving Rewrite The Stars and The Other Side.
I’m also a huge musicals fan so I’m always listening to some sort of musical soundtrack. At the moment I’m obsessed with the Shrek The Musical soundtrack. I’m seeing the musical in June so I will already know all the songs. I have phases where I’m in moods for different songs so just listen to the whole album!
Radio/actual current music wise I am loving Meant To Be by BeBe Rexa (is that how you spell it?!?). It puts me in such a good mood and I can’t help but sing along.
