I was meant to post this on Wednesday but would it really be a blog post from Tyler right now if it wasn’t off schedule?! Let’s have another little random ramble and see what promises I make this time...
If you follow me on other social media you will know that my boyfriend has been in intensive care for almost 3 months now. He’s finally on the mend but as you can imagine it has completely turned my life upside down and I’ve lost myself a bit along the way. He got transferred to a hospital in London so going to visit nearly every day takes up a huge amount of my time and I’m tired 24/7.
Putting all that aside, I really need to try and find myself again (cliche I know) by trying to kickstart all the things I used to love doing. One of these is rejoining the gym, and I’m going to join a completely new gym to give me an extra motivator to go. Exercise helps me mentally more than anything so I’m really keen to get back on the fitness bandwagon again!
Going along with this is food. I’ve developed a ridiculously unhealthy relationship with food throughout this whole ordeal. I’m eating at weird times of the day and as I’m out and about so often I’m choosing convenience over a healthier option. This is going to be the toughest thing for me but I’m going to use my fitness pal to help me keep track of everything.
I’ve been posting on Instagram pretty much every day but my content hasn’t really been focused and been a mix of personal and blog stuff. I love this kind of content but my feed looks a bit all over the place and sometimes I don’t think about my captions properly so I’m going to try and figure all that out.
I’m going to do my best to get loads of blog posts written over the weekend and get ahead of myself so I can have regular content going up for you again. I absolutely love my blog and I’m proud that I have managed to create it myself and I really want to keep it going. I’m not giving up this time.
