Habit and mood trackers

I've had a roller coaster couple of weeks with mental health and just life in general so I missed a couple of posts...sozzle! But I'm back and if you read my Mind Happy Habits post then you would know that I use habit and mood trackers. But I wanted to show you mine and mention them again because I really do find them so helpful in managing my mental health.

Habit Trackers
I find habit trackers really handy to keep track of what I should be doing every day. Some of the things on my habit tracker might be second nature to you and things that you do automatically, but sometimes they are things that I slip up on or just can't get the motivation to do. I've always been the kind of person that loves ticking things off a list and so it really motivates me to do the task knowing I get to colour in/tick the box once I've done it. I try to not have too many things on here and I switch them up from month to  month if I see that one of them I'm tackling everyday I'l take it off and add a new one. I also use things that I know make me feel better about myself and will help to keep my mind happy.

Mood Trackers

Again if you struggle with mental health or moods I find it so useful to track my mood every day. I have a little key with different colours for all of the moods that I personally experience. Obviously, your moods may be different to mine so your list may look slightly different. I find this useful so I can look back at the end of the month and see if overall I've had a good month or a bad month. I also like to compare months to see if there's certain days in the month where I feel the same etc.

I hope you have found this helpful and let me know if you use any trackers or anything for your mental health.
