I have had this mascara since Christmas (not this same bottle I had a mini one before this!) so I thought it was about time I wrote my thoughts and feelings down and shared them with all you lovely people.

Blend Academy

In November I made a life/career decision and decided I wanted to train to be a makeup artist. I have loved makeup since I was about 17 and I have always wanted to make a career out of it but have been scared what people will think or how to do about it. After loads of long conversations with Dan about it I decided to finally take the plunge and I started my journey with Blend Academy. 

Favourite Liquid Lipsticks

Liquid lipsticks quickly became huge in the beauty world a couple of years ago. I rarely wear normal lipstick anymore, to be honest I only own one or two. So here is a run down of my favourite formulas, yes they are all pretty much the same colour!

Skincare Things

I have a weird complex with skincare where I forget to do it all the time then I will suddenly become obsessed with it again and buy loads of new products. I'm in the sort of "I really need to get back into skincare phase" so hopefully writing about my current routine will help me get back into it.

What's in my make-up bag

I don't think I've ever shown you my "everyday make-up" sort of situation so I thought I would do an old school tour round my everyday make-up bag. The most exciting thing about this post is that my make-up bag matches my phone case....I know! They're both from Skinny Dip and I'm obsessed with pandas and its just so cute. Glossier Haul and Review

I'm going to be straight up honest, this is my second Glossier order. I am just so drawn to this brand, their whole concept (and the packaging) never fails to draw me in when there's a new release. When they released their new solution I knew it was time to place another order and try out some more of their skincare.

Monthly Must-Haves: January 2018

 January has been 3 million years long has it not? I am so ready for February and for it to be lighter when I try to drag myself out of bed at 6:45 every morning. Also, I usually hate spring/summer because I hate being hot but this year I am so looking forward to a bit of sunshine and all of the summer clothes. I am here for it this year! Joker Smile Halloween Make-up

I'm not going to lie I am super proud of how this look turned out. I saw one of my blogger friends Francesca do this "Glasgow smile" SFX tutorial on her blog and I followed it along and I couldn't recommend it enough! I've had little experience in SFX make-up and I managed to do it and it turned out amazing!
